French balustrades
French balconies are a modern alternative to traditional balconies, ideally suited to both classical and modern architecture. Their characteristic feature is the absence of a reinforced concrete slab - they consist only of a balustrade and a large window. Although they do not serve a recreational function, they add a unique character to the facade and allow maximum light to the interiors.
We offer two types of French balustrades:
1. French glass balcony:
The balcony is made of safety glass 6.6.2 ESG/VSG. Its main features are:
- VSG ESG laminated glass - the combination of two sheets of glass (each 6 mm thick) with a safety film, which ensures maximum safety.
- Hardening (ESG) - increased resistance to impact and temperature changes.
- Robust mounts - the set includes 4 stainless steel mounts (⌀50 mm, distance 30 mm).
- Flexible installation - can be installed on both insulated and uninsulated buildings. For insulated buildings, we recommend the use of chemical anchors for permanent fixing.
- CE certificate - available upon request.
The spot mounts are located 8 cm from the edge of the glass, which ensures stability and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
2. slat-mounted French balcony :
A modern and minimalist solution mounted on two sidebars. Main features:
- Mounted on aluminum slats - provides a subtle appearance.
- Anodized profiles - resistant to corrosion and damage.
- Painting in any RAL color - can be matched to the building facade.
